Daphne Wood’s experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors includes broadcasting, marketing and media relations. She is a graduate of Carleton University’s school of Journalism with a Masters of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and an Executive Masters of Library Information Science from San Jose State University. This born storyteller inherited her love of words from Prince Edward Island. She enjoys a good yarn, even a tall tale or two, more than most. Daphne is a former magazine reporter, an experienced brand manager and part of the award-winning communications team at the Greater Victoria Public Library.

– how to study your audience and think like them to deliver messages that will resonate and inspire people to take an action
– where to find free or low-cost resources to help you tell your story
